Sr Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer acts as the top tier of support for Meriplex’s Technical Assistance Center(TAC) and reports to a TAC Manager. In addition to working within the TAC’s ticketing system to resolve Level 3 end user issues, this role acts as the escalation point for the L3 team. They are responsible for overseeing the completion of low-level customer projects to ensure all timelines, deployments, and installations are executed correctly. The person in this position is responsible for an array of high-level issues ranging from delivering advanced server support and design to presenting key reports to C-level customer leadership.

Systems Engineer

We are a growing organization looking for a motivated Systems Engineer to enrich and elevate the customer experience.  The Systems Engineer works as a member of the Professional Services team, dedicated to executing IT infrastructure projects for Meriplex customers.  This role primarily centers on migrations involving Windows Server, Exchange, Office365, and installation/upgrades of VMWare environments.  Additionally, it encompasses server, application, and desktop virtualization, catering to the IT needs of small to large businesses.  Given the diversity of networks and clients this role engages with, it requires adaptability, sharp analytical skills, and proficiency in tackling intricate challenges.  The Systems Engineer must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule/Travel
