Help Desk Analyst
Information Technology/Network Engineer position will work with a team in an evolving and fast paced Helpdesk environment. Must have a solid understanding of networking, Microsoft Server OS, remote customer support (via remote applications and phone), Office 365, Cisco Networking devices and at least 3 years’ experience working in a Professional IT setting required. Degree in related field, VMware VCP, MCITP, MCSE, Labtech Automate experience, or CCNA certification desired but not required.
