  • The TAC Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations on the utilization of reporting and feedback tools, as well as industry-standard PSA and RMM tools.
  • Assist Team Leads in the maintenance and improving knowledge of customer applications, infrastructure, and business processes.
  • Assist the Director of Operations and Sales Executives in identifying opportunities for improvement to business processes and the hardening of security for all customers.
  • Assist the Director of Security and Compliance by ensuring security incidents efficiently make their way to the Security Team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Teams on the design and build of new service and solution offerings.
  • Continually collaborate via regular team meetings with Operations, Sales, and Procurement to ensure operational deficiencies are addressed.
  • Work with the Contract Administrator and Finance to ensure that the accuracy of billing and agreements meets Meriplex standards.

  • 3-5 years of IT Management Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
  • Experience with ConnectWise or other network ticketing systems

Systems Administrator II

Verma Systems is currently seeking an experienced Systems Administrator II to work in a challenging customer-support environment. The role would involve performing scheduled maintenance of customer infrastructure, monitoring customers network performance, and providing overall IT support for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of networking, advanced Microsoft Server OS knowledge, and at least 5 years’ experience. Systems Engineer

For this role, you should have a complete perspective on the various components of computer systems and service delivery. Ideally, you will have proven experience in leveraging your cross-functional expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues involving network configuration, software installation and upgrades.  In our hierarchy of roles the Engineer is above that of an Administrator and is starting to either have a specialist skill set or is highly proficient in multiple areas.  The Technician Engineer must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • 3+ years of WAN, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Unified Communications network and consulting sales experience required.

Work Schedule/Travel:

  • Standard Meriplex business hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Estimated 25% travel required.
