Mitch Verma - President
Mitch has more than 25 years experience in the information technology field. In 1991 Mitch started Verma Systems as a one-man operation and today has grown the company to a full staff of talented and dedicated IT professionals. Mitch focuses his time and energy on new business development and sales management while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Verma Systems. He attended Louisiana State University and resides in his hometown of Baton Rouge.
C. Aaron Glaser - VP of Operations/Sr. Network Architect
Aaron has over 15 years of experience in management and network engineering. He joined Verma Systems as a Senior Network Engineer in 2004. He was promoted to Managing Senior Engineer in 2009 and Vice President of Operations in 2010. His industry certifications include CCDA, MCSE, MCITP, CNA, CEFDS, CAWDS, TCSP and A+. Aaron has expert knowledge in network architecture, IT business consulting and Cisco wireless mesh design.
Kathie McKinney – Accounting Manager
Kathie, a Texas native, joined Verma Systems in 1993 as Office Manager and Verma Systems’ first employee. Her position evolved into Accounting Manager as the company quickly grew. She currently manages all vital accounting functions from Accounts Receivable to Accounts Payable as well as HR.
Brad LeBeau - Service Manager
Brad has over 10 years experience in the information technology field. He joined Verma Systems in 2003 as a Wiring Engineer and worked his way way up to Network Engineer from there. He was promoted to Service Manager in 2013. His industry certifications include CompTIA A+. CompTIA Network +, Microsoft MCP, MCTS, and MCITP. He is a graduate of ITI Technical Institute and has a certification in Digital Electronics Maintenance.
Valerie Dauzat – Service Coordinator
Valerie joined Verma Systems in 1997 as an accounting clerk after receiving her Associates Degree. She was promoted to Service Coordinator in 2001 where she provides a critical role in the daily operations of the Verma Systems Service Department by coordinating installations. scheduling visits and managing engineer time.
Brad Watkins – Sales Engineer
Brad has more than 14 years of experience in technology. He joined Verma Systems as a technician in 1998 and later moved into service dispatch. He was promoted to Sales Engineer in 2003 and is a liason between the sales and service department at Verma Systems. His industry certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Sales Expert, Cisco Advanced Wireless Sales Specialist and Microsoft MCP.
