Verma Systems can provide detailed hardware and software monitoring services, designed to track system trends, utilization, and performance. Problem alerts and threshold violations are sent to Verma Systems personnel for response if requested. In addition, system reports generated by the monitoring services become part of your technology documentation.

Preventive Maintenance
Verma Systems provides a wide variety of service options to meet the specific technology needs of our customers. As part of Managed Services, preventative system maintenance can be provided in intervals based on your business needs. Preventative maintenance can ensure maximum system performance and uptime.

Remote Operations Center (ROC)
Verma Systems’ ROC can provide phone or web based help desk or remote services to resolve critical or non-critical support issues. ROC availability can be tailored to your business scenario and provide differing levels of resolution to fit your technology requirements.

Onsite Services
Based on the tailored Managed Services contract, support resolution is provided for business critical errors discovered by active monitoring. These services may involve deployment of technicians to repair the problem or remote incident resolution.

Based on the information and service usage, a Verma Systems’ team comprised of both sales and technical personnel will work with the customer at regular technology planning meetings.  Business technology growth issues can be addressed in order to help the customer prepare budgets and understand future technology needs.

Contego works with virtually all email servers and hosted email solutions.

Verma Systems is proud to offer Contego Data Vault Services, an automated offsite data backup and restoration system providing powerful tools to protect your business’ data. Contego DVS requires no human intervention after the initial setup.  It works by encrypting your data then sending it to a remote data center.  In the event of a local data loss, files are easily restored with the Contego DVS Restore Wizard.
